Build prices are one-off and include your first year of care & hosting. Your domain name is registered in your name and passed on at cost. No VAT charged.
Your first 12 months are already in the build price, so nothing more to pay in year one. After that it's £150 a year on Starter and from £300 a year on Business, or £15 and £30 a month if you'd rather spread it. Annual is the cheaper way round, which is why we lead with it.
Every site we host is checked every 15 minutes, day and night, for three things: that it answers at all, how quickly, and how long its security certificate has left. If a check fails, an alert reaches us at once, not a log for somebody to find on Monday. Most problems get spotted and fixed before anyone thinks to tell us. You can see the same checks yourself in your portal, and on Business and Bespoke you get the full record: day by day, response times, and every outage with how long it lasted.
Either way you get hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, bug fixes and minor changes, all in. New prices, new opening hours, a swapped photo, a paragraph rewritten: just ask and it gets done. No hourly rate, no ticket queue, and you can stop any year you like. The one thing outside it is the domain name itself, which is registered in your name and passed on at cost.
Every package includes a logo, Starter included. We design it with you, then hand over a proper logo pack: vector and web files, full colour, single colour and reversed versions, with your fonts and colour codes written down. It belongs to you 100%. Put it on signage, vans, socials, print, anywhere you like, and it stays yours even if you never work with us again.
